The NST : Hua Wei, Zylane sink teeth into silver for KL2017 synchronised swimming

KUALA LUMPUR: Gan Hua Wei-Zylane Lee produced a decent performance to finish with a silver medal in the synchronised swimming duet technical routine at the National Aquatic Centre in Bukit Jalil on Friday.

The Malaysians twisted and turned to the song Strength of a Thousand Men to garner a 74.3659 total.

Debbie Soh-Miya Yong won Singapore's second gold in the competition with 75.1791 points.

Indonesia's Anisa Feritrianti-Claudia Megawati Suyanto pipped Malaysia's Chai Jia Yue-Wong Mei Teng with a 68.9504 series.

Jia Yue-Mei Teng scored 68.9187 for fourth position.

The competition ends on Sunday with the duet free and team events.
